We bought a Super 8 Film camera. OMG. We bought a Super 8 Film camera. I have to say it a few times to believe it because I’m so gosh dang excited about it.
What do we preach over and over again? Nostalgia. Juicy, feely, growth inducing, nostalgia. And what is about the most nostalgic vibes you can muster? Old school film action. It’s a vibe, and what a perfect wedding to have our first go of it.
Maxine + Casey planned to get married last year at Mont St Michel in France as a tag on to a European road trip, just as Covid was tearing across the world. This little backyard wedding was a testament to their future adventure and spirited souls with a love for family and good ol’ fashioned backyard party grooves. We’ll surely be updating the blog with the rest of their story as we wrap it up, but oh man. We got our first roll of film rolls back and could not contain ourselves from sharing these vintage dreams as soon as we could slip it all together. I.e. now. It’s happening right now.
