true story
We got married right out of college. We were the first of our friends to take the plunge, and it was all the good feels, but we were lost when it came to planning. Looking back, we made a lot of good decisions, but we also made a pretty big bad.
We settled.
Granted, we didn’t have a videographer on our day, but the photographer we hired was just starting out. She forgot to bring batteries for her camera, Wasn’t sure where to be, when, or what to look for. She returned our photos months later, but without being edited. And her lack of organization brought unnecessary stress to the day.
We learned the true value of good imagery AND and experience.
We know this sounds a little like a sob story, but it gets good. Promise.
You benefit from our mistake. It’s like you get a do-over before needing a do-over.

It’s the journey to and from the destination as much as it is the destination itself. Whoa. Deep. Did someone wise once say that?
The way we see it, our job is to let you experience as many of those feels as you can along the way. Before, during, after, day of, you’ll hear us telling everyone where to be next, and then we’ll remind you to breathe, eat, and drink (you know, the clear water stuff in addition to your mimosa or Jack Daniels). When we see your energies running low from all the talky talky, we’re going to suggest a short break for hugs. You guys hugging, not us. Unless you wanna, in which case - dog pile! Will we meet before the wedding
Connection is our number one inspiration when creating art pieces. Meeting you, and getting ot know you as a couple is incredibly important to us, but we also get that adding wedding planning to normal life living takes a lot of time! Grab your beverage of choice, and let’s set up a faceTime date.
Do you travel for Weddings?
Abso-frickin-lutely.
We may be homebodies at heart, but we also love a good adventure. We travel quite often to reach you amazing people, and at the risk of adding too much cheese (is that a thing?) the opportunity to see more of the world while simultaneously doing what we love most is an honor. If you’re interested in us photographing your wedding outside the bounds of Columbus, OH, we gotchoo. Barring any seriously extreme circumstances, travel is totally and completely covered. One price easy peasy.
do I get to pick my own music?
Short answer. No. Longer and less abrupt answer, we can’t just use any song you hear on the radio. It’s against the law because it too is somebodies art. No worries though, we want to know what kind of music drives you and we’ll go on a hunt for the perfect piece. We’ll make sure you don’t hate it first, but before we send anything your way, we’ve made sure it aligns with our vision for the footage we know we have to represent your day in the best way possible.
Do you add voiceovers to any of your videos?
To be real? Voiceovers just aren’t our style. They can certainly suit certain types of videos, but we believe in the drama of the natural and don’t ever want to take away with anything distracting. The way we compile clips is meant to do the talking for you and take you back through the art of visual movement and momentum.
We take great care in processing your film. No half-assing here! As soon as the last bottle of champagne has been popped and we’re recovering from our non-alcohol induced wedding hangover, we’ll be uploading and watching every. single. piece. of footage from the day, pulling out the best pieces, and compiling them into one big ball of awesome. Then we color-correct, tweak a little, and tweak again until our perfectionistic tendencies are satisfied. You can expect roughly 8-12 weeks for full processing, but it will be worth it!
When will I get to see my video?
How Long will my video be?
In our search for the perfect song, we look for anything ranging between 3-5 minutes. If we have to do 2 songs to get the perfect feel, we will, but find that one is usually the sweet spot for most shindigs.
Do you offer photography as well?
Hells yea we do! Photography is what started this whole thing and if you’re interested in having us for both photo and video, we’ll hook you up with a little combo pack dealio and hire on our extra video maker dude to come along for the ride.
